Ron has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Hunter College, the City University of New York, an M.A. in Educational Administration from Columbia University, and an M Ed. in Curriculum and Teaching from Columbia University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Andrews University with a concentration in Ed. Admin./Curriculum & Teaching. Ron worked as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, advancing to the level of Director of Nursing. He founded Pat-Kam School and Early Childhood Center 26 years ago and has been the Principal since its inception. Prior to founding Pat-KamSchool, he founded Guiding Light Early Childhood Center 26 years ago and has expanded it gradually to its current enrollment capacity of 200 students. He is married with two children, Patricia and Kamilah. His wife is a CPA with an MBA from St. Johns University. Patricia has a BA in Biochemistry from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia. Kamilah graduated with a BA in Government & Politics from St. Johns University.

Master of Arts specializing in taxation, St. Johns University. Graduated Bernard M. Baruch College, CUNY, BBA (Accounting). First emplyment KPMG (then Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co.) advancing to the level of Senior Accountant. After four years changed to private accounting for ten years. Own private accounting firm for the past 22 years, serving corporate and individual clients, Long Island, New York City and other states outside of NY.
Our staff consists of certified and/or trained teachers, who have graduated from accredited colleges and universities here in the United States and abroad. Each staff member must be cleared and fingerprinted by the State of New York, at the beginning of their employment with us. Some of our teachers have Masters degree and others have Bachelors degree.
Our support staff (teacher assistants, office staff, kitchen and janitoral) are also held to the same high standards to ensure the safety of students.
